Use of Parking Space. The Lessee is permitted to use any open parking space in the lot between the hours of 9:00PM-9:00 AM Monday through Sunday. Under this Agreement, the Lessee is authorized to park any vehicle in the lot as long as the Lessee has only 1 registered vehicle in the lot at any time. All vehicles must be able to fit within the designated parking space boundaries. Additionally, only vehicles 20 feet in length or less are allowed to park in the lot and no commercial vehicles are allowed. The Lessee is prohibited from sleeping in a vehicle overnight while in the lot.

Use of Parking Space. To use the parking space only for the purpose of parking a single automobile and not to store an automobile or other object in such space, and if the Tenant(s) ceases to use the parking space there shall be no abatement in the rent payable by the Tenant(s) hereunder. Use of Parking Space. 3.1 That the site is not be used for parking heavy vehicles like truck, loading tempos/ auto-rickshaws, JCB, Gensets, Jugaads, etc. However light four/ three xxxxxxx public transport like Gramin Sewa, taxis & autos related to commuters service may be permitted as per normal rates for applicable four/ three xxxxxxx vehicles. 3.2 Arrangements for maintaining the parking site in an orderly state of functioning. 3.3 The licensee shall keep and maintain the licensed parking space and the site around the licensed parking area in a clean, proper and decent condition, and shall ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness so as to create a clean and healthy environment. 3.4 Licensee shall keep the premises in a good state of affairs during the currency of the license and shall not in any manner damage the wall floor or other structures of the station or structures in the licensed parking area, nor cause any kind of obstruction to the user of the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx in any manner whatsoever. 3.5 Any physical damage or injury to the commuter/passenger/visitor or vehicle due to the lapses on the part of the licensee or his employees shall be the sole responsibility of the licensee only and DMRC shall stand absolved of any such obligations or liability towards the injured/damage. 3.6 The employee of the Licensee shall wear uniforms having companies logo at all times and also carry an identity card to be issued on application in prescribed format after police verification and on payment of cost of Identity card (as prescribed from time to time) to the Chief Security Commissioner, DMRC Ltd. The copy of antecedents of the employees working in the parking area along with their photograph and finger print should be provided for Police verification. Copy of ID cards issued to contractor after police verification should also be submitted in the office of DGM/ Operation and Station Control Room of the concerned station. Licensee shall provide uniform to his staff. Sample of proposed uniform shall be submitted in the office of DGM/Operation for approval, within 20 days from the date of issuance of letter of acceptance from DMRC. The licensee should provide the approved uniform to its employee free of cost. 3.7 The licensee shall strictly ensure regular xxxxxxx of the entry and exit gates and regulate the entering and exiting traffic in a proper and orderly manner. The Lessee is prohibited from sleeping in a vehicle overnight while in the lot. The Lessee will be given two warnings for improper use of the parking space. Failure to use the parking space according to this Agreement after the second warning will result in the termination of this Agreement.

  • Parking Space The address required to find and physically park the Lessee’s vehicle is mandatory for this agreement to be valid. Section II. Term (7)

  • Parking Areas Landlord and Tenant agree that Landlord will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to vehicles, or the contents thereof, parked or left in the parking areas of the Premises and Tenant shall install at least one sign in the parking areas so advising its employees, visitors or invitees who may use such parking areas. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 3.5, parking areas shall be used for parking by vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks, herein called "Permitted Size Vehicles." Tenant shall not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant's employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors or invitees to be loaded, unloaded or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. Tenant agrees not to use or permit its employees, visitors or invitees to use the parking areas for overnight storage of vehicles, except for trucks on the Premises in the process of loading or unloading, and except for semi-tractors and trailers parked in the areas shown on the Site Plan as "Tenant's Designated Truck Parking". Tenant covenants and agrees that it shall not permit any of its employees, agents, contractors, vendors or shippers to park trucks, automobiles, trailers or other vehicles on any of the public streets in the general vicinity of the Premises or the industrial or business park in which the Premises are located. If Tenant permits or allows any of the prohibited activities described above for a period of five (5) business days after written notice from Landlord, then Landlord shall have the right, without further notice, in addition to such other rights and remedies that it may have, to remove or tow away the vehicle involved at Landlord's risk and expense. All responsibility for damage and theft to vehicles and their contents is assumed by the parties owning the same, including, respectively, Tenant or Tenant's partners, trustees, officers, directors, shareholders, members, invitees, or any of Tenant's assignees, subtenants or assignees' or subtenants' agents, employees, contractors, customers, suppliers, servants, guests, or independent contractors (collectively, "Tenant Parties"). Tenant shall repair or cause to be repaired, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, any and all damage, ordinary wear and tear excepted, to any portion of the Property caused by the use by Tenant Parties of the driveway or parking areas within the Property. Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant by reason of any moratorium, initiative, referendum, statute, regulation or other governmental action which could in any manner prevent or limit the parking rights of Tenant hereunder. Any governmental charges or surcharges or other monetary obligations imposed relative to Parking rights with respect to the Building shall be considered assessments and shall be Payable by Tenant as set forth in Paragraph 4.1; as of the Commencement Date, Landlord represents there are no such charges or surcharges imposed on the Premises.

  • Parking Area Developer shall provide a parking area for ADOT for at least 100 vehicles 27 (85 staff/15 visitors). The parking area must be reasonably level (all-weather surface and 28 all-weather access). The parking area must include an additional lockable fenced 29 parking area to accommodate 25 ADOT vehicles.

  • Use of Premises Tenant shall not use the premises or any part thereof, or permit the premises or any part thereof to be used, for any purpose other than the use hereinabove specifically mentioned, subject, however, to all the covenants, agreements, terms, provisions and conditions of this Lease. Tenant shall not install any electrical or other equipment of any kind which, in the judgment of Landlord, might cause any such impairment, interference, discomfort, inconvenience or annoyance. Except as set forth in Article 1 hereof, Tenant will not, and will not permit anyone to, sell or traffic in any spirituous liquors, wine, ale or beer in or from the premises or carry on any manufacturing in the premises. If any governmental license or permit shall be required for the proper and lawful conduct of Tenant's business or other activity carried on it the premises, Tenant, at Tenant's expense, shall duly procure and thereafter maintain such license or permit and submit the same to inspection by Landlord. Tenant, at Tenant's expense, shall, at all times, comply with the terms and conditions of each license or permit.

  • Use of the Leased Premises (a) Lessor, in consideration of the rents to be paid and covenants herein contained, hereby leases to Lessee the Leased Premises. In the event Lessee submits any such changes for Lessor’s approval and Lessor does not respond within thirty (30) days after Lessor’s receipt thereof, then such changes shall be deemed approved by Lessor, so long as such changes otherwise comply with this Agreement. (d) Lessee shall have access to the Leased Premises twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, for the purpose of installing, maintaining and repairing its Installations, provided that the contractors performing such work are reasonably acceptable to Lessor. (e) Lessor shall not be responsible for repairs or maintenance to the Installations, except for repairs occasioned by the negligence of Lessor, its agents, employees or contractors. (f) Lessee shall not use or permit the Leased Premises to be used by any dangerous, toxic, noxious or offensive trade or business, or for any unlawful purpose. (g) Lessee shall not directly or indirectly create or permit to be created or to remain, and will discharge any mortgage, lien, security interest, encumbrance or charge on, pledge of or conditional sale or other title retention agreement with respect to the Real Property or any part thereof or Lessee’s interest therein other than (i) this Agreement, (ii) any lien, including a mortgage on the leasehold interest of Lessee, which may be approved by the Lessor in writing, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, (iii) liens for impositions not yet payable, or payable without the addition of any fine, penalty, interest or cost for non-payment, or being contested as permitted by Paragraph 3(d), below, and (iv) liens of mechanics, materialmen, suppliers or vendors, or rights thereto, incurred in the ordinary course of business for sums which under the terms of the related contracts are not at the time due, provided that adequate provision for the payment thereof shall have been made.

  • Expansion Premises In addition to the Original Premises, commencing on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date (as defined below), Landlord leases to Tenant, and Tenant leases from Landlord, the Expansion Premises.
