Utility Crew. The function of the Utility Crew is to perform development activities at the Line Creek Mine, to operate road maintenance equipment and to carry out peripheral jobs at Line Creek Mine. In order to qualify to bid on the Utility Crew employees shall be qualified on at least three of the following pieces of equipment: Hoe Grader Dozer Scraper Crusher It is recognized that this is a of major equipment. Occasionally, Utility Crew employees shall operate other pieces of equipment to perform their normal duties. The major equipment listing may change as the types or size of equipment used for doing the road work changes. Order of Applicant Selection The senior applicant (Company seniority withinthedepartment)havingeither Grader or Scraper and at least two of the other listed skills.   • Electric If Customer has selected an Electricity Fixed Rate on the Application, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s) which includes Local and State taxes, Gross Receipts Tax (GRT), PJM Adjustment (defined below) charges and adjustments and Utility applied charges and/or fees related to generation, plus the Administration Charge, which includes, Electricity Balancing Amount and third party utility and billing charges.
