Utility Mapping. As a part of the Xxxx Xxxxxx team, CSW will use the information obtained from the utility companies and field reviews to map the existing utilities over a topographic survey to reflect the existing conditions.

Utility Mapping. Consultant will perform research at the City and State, and utility companies and other agencies to obtain as‐builts and record maps of the project limits. This includes preparation and mailing of the Utility “A” letter upon City approval. The Consultant will obtain utility mapping from utility companies and develop a utility base map. A Utility Matrix will be created to track discussions and data received from utility agencies.
Utility Mapping. The Design Professional will develop a Base Map of the existing utilities using as-built records, franchise utility mapping and field pothole and GRP scanning data collected. The utility base map will be referenced into the design drawings.
Utility Mapping. Consultant will contact utility providers in the area to request updated information regarding their facilities in the project area. Information received will be incorporated into the base mapping and used to identify high risk and low risk utilities and other information for the ROW Data Sheet. Potholing and assisting with the preparation of Utility Policy Variance Requests will not be performed with this task.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Price of the [Apartment/Plot].

  • Utility Any service provided by an outside source or manufactured in-house that facilitates building operations (e.g., gas, water, electricity, fire suppression water, fire alarm systems).

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Utility Service To the extent commercially reasonable and practicable, the Sellers and Purchaser shall obtain xxxxxxxx and meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date to aid in the proration of charges for gas, electricity and other utility services which are not the direct responsibility of Tenants. If such xxxxxxxx or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are obtained, adjustments for any costs, expenses, charges or fees shown thereon shall be made in accordance with such xxxxxxxx or meter readings. Each Property’s Seller shall receive a credit at Closing for the Utility Deposits, if any, that are transferred or made available to Purchaser and that are held by applicable utility companies for the account of such Seller in respect of services provided to such Seller’s Property or Properties. Purchaser shall arrange for placing all utility services and bills in its own name as of the Closing Date.

  • Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.

Tenant's obligations shall include restorations, replacements or renewals when necessary to keep the Building Complex and all improvements thereon or a part thereof in good order, condition and state of repair. (b) Section 8.1(b) is amended in its entirety to read as follows: Tenant shall procure and pay the cost of a contract for maintenance of the heating, air conditioning and ventilating systems for the Building Complex with a reputable contractor licensed in the State of Colorado and reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. (c) Section 8.1(c) is amended to replace, in both places where it is used, the word "Premises" with the words "Building Complex" and to add the words "including, without limitation, the Premises," before the words "after twenty". (d) Section 8.2 is amended in its entirety to read as follows:
