VACANCIES AND NEW POSITIONS. FILLING OF VACANCIES AND NEW POSITIONS E2.01 Except as otherwise provided, the provisions of paragraphs E2.07 to E2.12 of this article apply when a new position is created, or a vacancy is being filled: a) In a regular full-time position; b) In a regular part-time position; or c) In a term position where the specified term exceeds six months.
