Vacancy List. The District and Union will meet and confer each year to determine a date by which positions that become vacant will be held for excessed placement. A vacancy list will be created by Human Resources comprised of positions created by the voluntary excess process, new vacancies, attrition, and, if necessary, additional vacancies created by excessing employees in the classification who have less district seniority than the employees in the classification who positions were eliminated or reduced.

Vacancy List. A list of District vacant assignments within the employee's present position classification will be made available to each employee being considered for an involuntary transfer. An employee may request the positions, in order of preference, to which a transfer is desired.
Vacancy List. Every thirty (30) days, the employer will provide the Union with an electronic report of all vacancies, opening and filling of bargaining unit positions and the classification, location, and name of the person filling the vacancy or open position.

  • Vacancy Posting ‌ If a regular employee is absent from his/her position for more than 24 months as a result of medical leave, such position will be posted in accordance with the provision of Article 12. Upon return to work the regular employee shall be returned to work to a position of equal rank and basic pay.

  • Guests; Occupancy Limits No more than one person may occupy a bedroom space, except for minor children for whom the Resident is the parent or legal guardian with Owner’s consent and with consent of apartment-mates as applicable . If Resident desires to have an Overnight Guest (any person staying in the Resident’s assigned bedroom space or apartment for more than three total nights in any 30-day period), then Resident must register the Overnight Guest(s) with Owner. Resident may not have Overnight Guest(s) for more than three consecutive nights, nor for more than six total nights in any 30-day period. In the event any unregistered or unauthorized Overnight Guest(s) are identified to be in or using an apartment or bedroom space, Owner may assess against the Resident a fee of $60 per night, in addition to the right of Owner to declare Resident in material breach of this Agreement and pursue other available remedies. Although Resident may have Guests from time to time, Owner reserves the right to restrict the number of persons permitted in or about an apartment at any time in Owner’s discretion, to protect safety and the quiet enjoyment of other residents. Guests may park only in designated guest parking areas, if any, and no Guest’s vehicle may remain at the Property for more than three days.

  • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions: 15.1.1.1 CBT will publish the Primary Listing of CLEC Directory Customers located within the geographic scope of its White Pages directory and will recover costs for both resale and facility based Customers in accordance with the Act.

  • Vacancy Any vacancy occurring for any reason in the number of Managers shall be filled by the Member. A Manager elected to fill a vacancy shall be elected for the unexpired term of the predecessor in office.
