Vacation Accrual Rate. Each employee with at least six (6) months continuous employment shall receive one (1) working day of vacation leave with full pay for each month of completed employment up to and including twelve (12) months. In addition, vacation credits as set out below shall be prorated and credited on a monthly basis.
