Vacation Entitlement i) A transferring employee will accrue vacation in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer.
Annual Vacation Entitlement (a) An Employee shall be entitled to receive annual vacation leave with pay:
Vacation Period The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.
Sick Leave Entitlement (a) Regular Full-Time Employees shall earn one and one-half (1 1/2) days per month, upon successful completion of the probationary period, to be paid during Sick Leave, cumulative to a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) days. To be eligible for Sick Leave accumulation, Employees must work a minimum of ten (10) days per month.
Vacation During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.
