Vacation Entitlement - Regular Full time Employees Regular Full-time Employees shall be entitled to vacation pay in accordance with the following table, where Column A represents the number of years of accumulated service at March 31 of any year and Column B represents the number of days of vacation entitlement for each biweekly pay period or part thereof pro-rated worked in the interval between April 1 of the previous year and March 31 of the then current year. An employee who resigns, is laid off or terminated shall have vacation entitlement calculated in accordance with Clause 11.8. Vacation Entitlement - Regular Full time Employees Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 17.1, employees of Eagles in the Sky Association shall earn vacation entitlement in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act. Effective January 1, 2007, Article 17.1 shall apply to the employees of Eagles in the Sky Association.

  • Vacation Entitlement i) A transferring employee will accrue vacation in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Vacation Entitlement Upon Dismissal Employees dismissed for cause shall be paid their unused earned vacation allowance pursuant to Articles 28.01 and 28.02.

  • Entitlement to Vacation Leave With Pay An employee is entitled to vacation leave with pay to the extent of his earned credits but an employee who has completed six (6) months of continuous employment may receive an advance of credits equivalent to the anticipated credits for the vacation year.

Also, employees who are absent either the day before or the day after a Statutory Holiday or both shall be entitled to such Statutory Holiday with pay provided they are absent for a reason of illness or accident.
