Vacation Pay - Regular Full-time Employee Upon Resignation, Layoff or Termination. In the event that a Regular Full-time Employee resigns, is laid off or has his/her employment terminated, he/she will be paid for vacation time owing in accordance with the chart in Clause 11.9 for time worked since April 1st, using his/her accumulated service in years at the effective date of the resignation, layoff or termination.

  • Vacation Pay Upon Termination When an employee in the bargaining unit is terminated for any reason, he/she shall be entitled to all vacation pay earned and accumulated up to and including the effective date of the termination.
