Common use of Vacation Payout Clause in Contracts

Vacation Payout. Employees, after six months of continuous employment, who terminate their employment upon providing the Employer proper notice, shall be paid all their vacation time earned through their last day of employment. This provision shall not apply in the case of an employee discharged for cause. After one (1) year of continuous employment, employees will receive payment for fifty percent (50%) of unused, available PTO hours upon termination of employment.
