In January of each year, or as otherwise agreed by the Local, the Employer shall post a notice suggesting all Employees submit, by February 1, requests for annual vacation for the period April 1 of the current year to March 31 of the following year. The Employer shall post a tentative vacation schedule for Employees who have indicated their choice for vacation. If an Employee’s request for annual vacation cannot be granted, the Employee shall have the right to submit a request indicating her next preference. Employees who do not request their vacation by September 1 of each year shall be advised in writing of any remaining hours that need to be scheduled.
