Common use of Vacation Schedules Clause in Contracts

Vacation Schedules. ‌ (a) Employees shall submit their vacation requests to their supervisor on or before March 1st. (b) An employee who does not exercise their seniority rights by the cutoff dates stipulated above, shall not be entitled to exercise those rights in respect to any vacation time previously selected by an employee with less seniority. (c) Vacation schedules shall be posted no later than April 1st of each year and, once posted, shall not be changed except in cases of emergency with the mutual agreement of the Employer and employee.
