Vacation Statement. Each year, no later than February 28th, the Employee will receive a statement of the vacation days earned and those used in the previous year, and the balance or deficit to be carried forward into the current vacation year.

Vacation Statement. On the first pay period following January 1st, the Company shall furnish the employee with a statement showing the period for which the employee is receiving his vacation pay, the total of the employee's gross earnings for the year of service for which he is receiving his vacation and how the vacation pay was calculated, i.e.: on a percentage or hourly basis.
Vacation Statement. The Employer shall advise each Employee in writing by January 31st of the amount of vacation days taken during the preceding calendar year, and the amount of vacation days’ entitlement remaining as of the preceding December 31st.
