VACATION WITH PAY. 30.01 Employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to the following vacations with pay. 30.02 Any full-time employee who, on April 30th of each year has less than one (1) year of continuous service will be entitled to one (1) day per full month of employment with pay to a maximum of ten (10) days at four (4%) percent of regular earnings for the previous twelve (12) month period ending April 30th. 30.03 Any full-time employee who, on April 30th of each year has less than five (5) years of continuous service but more than one (1) will be entitled to ten (10) days per year of vacation with pay at four (4%) percent of regular earnings for the previous twelve (12) month period ending April 30th. 30.04 Any full-time employee who, on April 30th of each year has less than nine (9) years of continuous service but more than five (5) will be entitled to fifteen (15) days per year of vacation with pay at six (6%) percent of regular earnings for the previous twelve (12) month period ending April 30th. 30.05 Any full-time employee who, on April 30th of each year has less than sixteen (16) years of continuous service but more than nine (9) years will be entitled to twenty (20) days per year of vacation with pay at eight (8%) percent of regular earnings for the previous twelve (12) month period ending April 30th. 30.06 Any full-time employee who, on April 30th of each year has more than sixteen (16) years of continuous service will be entitled to twenty-five (25) days per year vacation with pay at ten (10%) percent of regular earnings for the previous twelve (12) month period ending April 30th . 30.07 The vacation period is intended to be from May 1st to October 31st of each year and the Company will endeavour to schedule employee vacations within that period. Employees may request vacation outside of the vacation period noted above and the Company will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such employee request.

VACATION WITH PAY. 30.01 20.01 Employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following vacations with payschedule on the basis of seniority. The vacation year is deemed to be from MAY 1st. to APRIL 30th. to determine payment & entitlement.

(d) Nine (9) years of continuous service but more less than five eighteen (518) years, will receive four (4) weeks’ vacation. Vacation pay will be entitled to fifteen (15) days per year at 9.6% of vacation with pay at six (6%) percent of regular the employee's total earnings for in the previous preceding twelve (12) month period ending April 30thperiod.
30.05 Any full-time employee who, on April 30th of each year has less than sixteen (16e) years of continuous service but more than nine Eighteen (9) years will be entitled to twenty (20) days per year of vacation with pay at eight (8%) percent of regular earnings for the previous twelve (12) month period ending April 30th.
30.06 Any full-time employee who, on April 30th of each year has more than sixteen (1618) years of continuous service will be entitled to twenty-receive five (255) days per year vacation with weeks’ vacation. Vacation pay will be at ten (10%) percent a rate of regular 12% of the employee's total earnings for in the previous preceding twelve (12) month period ending April 30th period.
30.07 (f) Twenty-four (24) years of continuous service will receive six (6) weeks’ vacation. Vacation pay will be at a rate of 14.4% of the employee's total earnings in the preceding twelve-month period.
(g) Only in the year that an employee qualifies for additional vacation, then the effective date will be the employee's seniority date. Subsequent years will revert to the normal vacation year.
20.02 The Company agrees to post employees vacation period is intended to be from May 1st to October 31st entitlement on the Based on the availability of each year trained and qualified personnel, and the Company ability to maintain productivity, the company will endeavour endeavor to schedule employee vacations within that period.
