Vector Control. Application of pesticides or herbicides in conformance with state or Tribal regulations to reduce adverse public health effects, including aerial and truck mounted spraying.
Vector Control. The Manager shall be responsible for taking any and all actions to eliminate all potential disease vectors at the closed landfills and the associated areas and buildings.
Vector Control. Contractor shall conduct the operation of the Shoreway Center in such a manner as to ensure that conditions are unfavorable for production of rodents or insects. In the event that rodent or insect activity becomes apparent to the Local Enforcement Agency or the AUTHORITY, supplemental vector control measures shall be initiated by Contractor, as directed by the Local Enforcement Agency and/or the AUTHORITY.

Vector Control. (a) The Health Services Manager will carry out a comprehensive vector control program on Xxxxx Island, in accordance with clause 16.3 of Schedule 2 (Statement of Work).
(b) The Department will pay the Health Services Manager a monthly flat rate as specified in Annexure A Pricing Tables to this Schedule 5. The monthly rate does not include the following costs:
(i) Travel and accommodation;
(ii) All associated equipment and on-going consumables costs;
(iii) Freight and transport related costs; and
(iv) Storage infrastructure for equipment.
Vector Control. Contractor shall use Prudent Solid Waste Practices to control birds, rodents, insects and other disease carrying or breeding organisms, subject to Law and the Permits. Contractor shall provide any chemical sprays, traps and similar measures approved by local or State agencies to control these pests, whenever necessary.
Vector Control. The Applicant will ensure that the contractor implements and monitors a Vector Control (rat abatement) Program throughout the construction process.
Vector Control. Contractor shall maintain a subcontract for vector control services to ensure the facility is free of insect and rodent infestation. Documentation of services shall be maintained on-site.
Vector Control. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the safe distribution of ITNs being transported in bulk in motorized vehicles. Distribution considerations include, but are not limited to: proper loading and containment, route planning, theft prevention, accident response and incident reporting, availability of gloves for workers, and vehicle maintenance and decontamination. •Refer to the following documents for guidance when developing SOPs: The project has developed and implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the safe distribution of ITNs being transported in bulk in motorized vehicles. Vector Control. Contractor shall provide for vector control such that vectors and associated nuisance is minimized. On-site Storage of Material. Contractor will provide Agency with a clear protocol for how different material types will be managed at various stages of processing, to ensure that no material is stored on site for longer than allowed under permits. See Exhibit E for proposed plan, which may be modified if requested by Contractor and approved by the SCWMA. Such plan shall be in alignment with the plans provided to regulatory bodies associated with active permits. The Contractor shall comply with applicable Federal rules and revised California rules regarding composting and control of the plant pathogen Phytophthora ramorum, the causative agent of Sudden Oak Death. If finished compost or mulch are transported out of the quarantined area, a Compliance Agreement would be executed with the County Agricultural Commissioner at the required time and specified conditions therein would be followed. Any changes to documents contained in Exhibit E or any other exhibit to this Agreement should not be considered a Material Change in Law. Days and Hours of Operation. Contractor will operate the Organic Materials Processing Facility for the receipt of SCWMA’s Organic Materials between the hours of [SUBJECT TO MODIFICATION] 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Organic Materials Processing Facility will be closed on Holidays [SUBJECT TO MODIFICATION]. Contractor may not reduce the hours or total number of hours for acceptance of SCWMA’s Organic Materials without the concurrence of the SCWMA except for reductions required by a change in a Permit subsequent to the Effective Date.
