Vegetation Maintenance. 1. New Landscaping within Suitland Parkway Boundary – MD SHA shall, in consultation with the MD SHPO and NPS, develop and implement a landscape plan to provide an appropriate vegetative buffer within the MD 4/Suitland Parkway Interchange, consistent with the proposal entitled “Suitland Parkway Landscape Plan.” The proposed trees and vegetation on NPS lands have been selected from a list provided by NPS. The Suitland Parkway Landscape Plan will incorporate grading and planting trees, shrubbery and other plants that are visually and historically compatible with the existing historic landscape of the Suitland Parkway.

Vegetation Maintenance. As of the date of the grant of this Easement, the Protected Property is in a substantially natural state, predominantly mature bottomland hardwood and emergent wetlands as depicted and identified in the Report. Vegetation may not be cut, disturbed, altered or removed from the Protected Property, except that the Grantor reserves the following rights:

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Emergency Maintenance LightEdge reserves the right to perform emergency Service maintenance as needed outside the Scheduled Maintenance window, in which case LightEdge will make a reasonable effort to notify the Customer if feasible under the circumstances.
