Account Setup. To subscribe to the Service, Subscriber must establish its Account, which may only be accessed and used by its Account Users. To setup an Account User, Subscriber agrees to provide true and accurate information for such Account Users. Each Account User must establish and maintain personal, non-transferable Access Credentials, which shall not be shared with, or used by, any other individual. Subscriber must not create Account User(s) in a manner that intends to or has the effect of avoiding Fees, circumvents thresholds with the Account, or intends to violate the Agreement.

To setup an Account User, Subscriber must provide DSI (and agree to maintain, promptly update and keep) true, accurate, current and complete information for such Account User. If Subscriber or any applicable Account User provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, DSI has the right to immediately suspend or terminate Subscriber’s Account and usage of the Service and API and refuse any and all future use. Each Account User must establish and maintain personal, non-transferable Access Credentials, which shall not be shared with, or used by, any other Third Party. Subscriber may not transfer an Account User’s Access Credentials and/or its right to access and use the Service to a different user. Subscriber shall be solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under its Account, including all acts and omissions of its Account Users. Subscriber shall notify DSI immediately of any unauthorized use of its Account and/or any other breach of security of the Service that it suspects or becomes aware of.
Account Setup. In order to access the Service, Customer is required to set up an administrative account with Company, by submitting the information requested in the applicable Service interface (“Account”), and each User may need to set up a user account (each, a “User Account”, and references herein to the “Account” shall be deemed to include all such User Accounts if applicable). Customer warrants that all information submitted during the registration process is, and will thereafter remain, complete and accurate. Customer shall be responsible and liable for all activities that occur under or in the Account. Customer will require that all Users keep user ID and password information strictly confidential and not share such information with any unauthorized person. Customer will ensure that all Users comply with the terms of this Agreement at all times and shall be fully responsible and liable for any breach of this Agreement by a User. Unauthorized access or use of the Service must be immediately reported by Customer to the Company.
Account Setup. (a) In order to make use of the Services You will be required to register and have an account opened ("Account"). You will be requested to provide certain mandatory information, including among other things, Your full name, email, company name, address, country, phone number (“Registration Data”). Once You signup online by self registration, or through a QualiSystems' sale representative, QualiSystems will set up initial access to the Services through Your Account on Your behalf (or set up by You in case of self registration). You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete Registration Data as prompted by the registration process and to maintain the security and confidentiality of your user name and password and any other security or access information used by You to access Account. You agree that Your password shall be non-transferable. You further agree not to impersonate another person in Your use of the Account. You shall designate a person on Your behalf to act as Account administrator for purpose of managing and overlooking the Account, including adding or erasing Users. After initial set up by QualiSystems, all Accounts shall be fully managed by You. You will access the Services through Your Account.
(b) As part of the setup process, QualiSystems will initiate some service/s on Your hosting facility for use of Customer Cloud environments and/or services, which is required in order to enable the Service. You are required to enable such set up process. In addition, use of such hosting facility Customer Cloud environments and/or services, are usually charged for by the hosting facility and You shall be solely liable to maintain and pay hosting facility all charges required by such hosting facility for such set up process, including for such time period before QualiSystems starts to provide the Services themselves.
(c) You (i) are responsible for all activities occurring under Your Accounts; (ii) are responsible for the content of all Customer Data; (iii) shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Account and the Service, and shall notify QualiSystems promptly of any such unauthorized use You become aware of; (iv) shall comply with all applicable local, state, federal and foreign laws and regulations in using the Account and/or the Services and (v) be solely liable to maintain and pay hosting facility all charges required by such hosting facility for use of Customer Cloud environments and/or se...

In order to access, use or receive the App, you may need to create an account (“Account”) by providing Pacesetter with certain information, including, but not limited to, your name, email address and zip code. In creating an Account, you represent that you are of legal age (as determined by the state in which you reside) to form a binding contract. You are responsible for taking all steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your Account. It is your sole responsibility to: (a) control the dissemination and use of your Account, and (b) promptly inform Pacesetter of any need to deactivate your Account.

Account Setup. 5.1 To use the Digital Currency Services, you will need to register for a LEPRICON Account by providing your name, email address and a password and accepting the terms of this Agreement. By using a LEPRICON Account, you agree and represent that you will use the Digital Currency Services only for yourself, and not on behalf of any third party, unless you have obtained prior approval from LEPRICON in accordance with this Agreement. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your LEPRICON Account. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to open a LEPRICON Account for you, or limit the number of LEPRICON Accounts that you may hold or suspend or terminate any LEPRICON Account or the trading of specific Digital Currency in your account.
5.2 If, to the extent permitted within this Agreement, or as otherwise permitted by LEPRICON from time to time, you grant express permission to a third party to access or connect to your LEPRICON Account(s), either through the third party's product or service or through the Sites, you acknowledge that granting permission to a third party to take specific actions on your behalf does not relieve you of any of your responsibilities under this Agreement. You are fully responsible for all acts or omissions of any third party with access to LEPRICON Account(s) and any action of such third party shall be considered to be an action authorised by you. Further, you acknowledge and agree that you will not hold LEPRICON responsible for, and will indemnify LEPRICON from, any liability arising out of or related to any act or omission of any third party with access to your LEPRICON Account(s).
5.3 You agree to provide us with the information we request for the purposes of identity verification and the detection of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime, and permit us to keep a record of such information. You will need to complete certain verification procedures before you are permitted to start using the Digital Currency Services, including certain transfers of E-Money and Digital Currency, and the limits that apply to your use of the Digital Currency Services may be altered as a result of information collected on an ongoing basis.
