Vertical Progression. A unit member shall actually work or be on paid leave status for at least 75% of the duty days of the school year, in order to be entitled to one (1) step increase under the provisions of the salary schedule. Regular part- time service with the District, such that the product of the fraction of the full school year worked and the fraction of the full assignment worked during the year equals 75% or more, shall be entitled to one (1) step increase on the salary schedule. A unit member on paid leave who works a total of at least 75% of the duty days within two (2) consecutive school years shall be entitled to one (1) step increase under the provisions of the salary schedule. A clear valid credential authorizing service at the specified grade level or subject is required for advancement on the salary schedule.

Vertical Progression a. Vertical progression is realized by added years of experience in teaching, provided the teacher’s certificate is valid and active according to the recertification requirements by the Illinois State Board of Education. A teacher who does not maintain a valid and active certificate as determined by the State Board of Education and/or Regional Superintendent of Schools is not allowed to teach by Illinois School Code. It is the teacher’s responsibility to complete all requirements on time in order to maintain a valid and active certificate.

Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • Project Management Plan 1 3.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control 2 activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Procurement Plan 8. The Borrower shall update the Procurement Plan as needed throughout implementation of the Project, and on each anniversary of the Effective Date, the Borrower shall in consultation with ADB determine whether the Procurement Plan needs to be updated. The Borrower shall implement the Procurement Plan in the manner in which it has been approved by ADB.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.
