Virtual Accessibility. The Local WDB will work with the State Workforce Development Board (SWDB) to ensure that job seekers and businesses have access to the same information online as they do in a physical facility. Information must be clearly marked and compliant with Section 508 of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services code. Partners will comply with the Plain Writing Act of 2010; the law that requires that Federal agencies use "clear Government communication that the public can understand and use" and all information kept virtually will be updated regularly to ensure dissemination of correct information.

Virtual Accessibility. The Local Board will work with the Arkansas Workforce Development Board (State Board) to ensure that job seekers and businesses have access to the same information online as they do in a physical facility.
