Communication and Training. One of the key components to the success of this ERTW program is jointly developing and implementing a communication strategy. To that end all l Departments employees and supervisors will attend training sessions where they will receive the Statement of Commitment and this written process. Copies will also be posted on bulletin boards throughout the Departments system.
Communication and Training. The importance of safeguarding supervision will be reiterated in the Adult Safeguarding training for all Trust staff as referred to in OP 41 Trust Mandatory Training Policy This safeguarding supervision policy will be disseminated via Trust Safeguarding Group (TSG) and a Trust wide bulletin sent out in the Trust Brief.

Communication and TrainingCase Management Disputes. The Bay Xxxxx Indian Community and DHS agree to work cooperatively to resolve any disputes regarding the disbursement of YIT funding. Bay Xxxxx Indian Community agrees to invite DHS employees to attend similar meetings or events.

  • Education and Training The foundation of this Program is education and voluntary compliance. It is recognized that alcohol and chemical dependency may make voluntary cessation of use difficult, and one of the Program’s principal aims is to make voluntary steps toward ending substance abuse easily available. The outside contractor shall review and develop on-going educational and training information on the adverse consequences of substance abuse and the responsibility to avoid being under the influence of alcohol or chemicals at work. Certain training required by the DOT Regulations shall be the responsibility of the Substance Abuse Program.

All Lines shall be clearly marked with adhesive plastic labels (or plastic tags attached to such Lines with wire) to show Tenant's name, suite number, telephone number and the name of the person to contact in the case of an emergency (A) every four feet (4') outside the Premises (specifically including, but not limited to, the electrical room risers and other Common Areas), and (B) at the Lines' termination point(s) (collectively, the "Identification Requirements"). Landlord reserves the right to require that Tenant remove any Lines located in or serving the Premises which are installed in violation of these provisions, or which are at any time (1) are in violation of any Applicable Laws, (2) are inconsistent with then-existing industry standards (such as the standards promulgated by the National Fire Protection Association (e.g., such organization's "2002 National Electrical Code")), or (3) otherwise represent a dangerous or potentially dangerous condition.
