Communication and Training. One of the key components to the success of this ERTW program is jointly developing and implementing a communication strategy. To that end all l Departments employees and supervisors will attend training sessions where they will receive the Statement of Commitment and this written process. Copies will also be posted on bulletin boards throughout the Departments system.
Communication and Training. The importance of safeguarding supervision will be reiterated in the Adult Safeguarding training for all Trust staff as referred to in OP 41 Trust Mandatory Training Policy This safeguarding supervision policy will be disseminated via Trust Safeguarding Group (TSG) and a Trust wide bulletin sent out in the Trust Brief.
Communication and Training. Attach a copy of staff training information, sign-in sheets, and other training documentation on revised policy and procedures for effective communication with deaf or hard of hearing Patients and Companions as set forth in Section VI. Also attach copies of detailed communication updates, newsletter announcements, intranet announcements, email announcements, etc.
Communication and Training. Case Management Disputes. The Bay Xxxxx Indian Community and DHS agree to work cooperatively to resolve any disputes regarding the disbursement of YIT funding. All youth under the Bay Xxxxx Indian Community xxxxxx care tribal court supervision (those youth that are not under any supervision of DHS) will apply for YIT funding through the HEYU-YIT Analyst at DHS Central Office. The services provided from DHS to Bay Xxxxx Indian Community and from Bay Xxxxx Indian Community to DHS under this MOU shall be rendered at no cost to either party unless otherwise specified within a Contract for Services Agreement established and agreed upon by both parties.
A. The parties agree to communicate with each other on a regular basis to discuss issues of mutual concern and to mutually resolve any questions or disputes that arise.
B. Bay Xxxxx Indian Community will provide a contact name to be the recipient of all policy materials regarding YIT or other applicable policy statements.
C. DHS agrees to invite Bay Xxxxx Indian Community employees to attend YIT/ETV statewide trainings or events of interest to Bay Xxxxx Indian Community employees. Bay Xxxxx Indian Community agrees to invite DHS employees to attend similar meetings or events.
Communication and Training. The Basic Fairness and Due Process guidelines will be communicated to all DAEOP unit members and to all administrators and supervisory personnel.

A. Each agency will participate in an annual meeting with their respective leaders, in even years, with a formal training the following year; and
B. The liaisons will work together to determine the formal training for their respective areas. Invitations to existing trainings held by each agency are encouraged.
