Common use of Voluntary Deductions Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Deductions. The DISTRICT agrees to deduct from the wages of any employee who authorize such deduction on the approved form voluntary contributions to the Union Political and Legislative (PAL) fund. Such written authorization may be executed by the employee at any time by providing a copy to both the EMPLOYER and the UNION.
