Voluntary Donation. All donated leave must be given voluntarily. No employee will be coerced, threatened, intimidated or financially induced into donating leave for purposes of this program.

Information regarding the approval and option to donate shall be made available to employees through the Human Resources Manager, who will issue written notice to all employees when an employee is authorized to receive leave donations.
