Voluntary Dues Deduction, Assessment or Agency Fee Amounts. 1. After the filing with the Company of an Employee's voluntary written assignment, the Company shall deduct from the earnings of such Employee and pay to the Union each month all lawful membership dues, Union assessments or agency fee amounts (see paragraph A) for the current month. Such membership dues, assessments or agency fee amounts shall be deducted in accordance with a schedule furnished to the Company by the Union on the first day of each month. An Employee's voluntary written assignment shall remain in effect in accordance with the terms of such assignment.
