Voluntary Participant. 21.3.3.1 This program shall provide support to Teachers/Service providers, permanent or probationary, that are not participating in an Induction Program. Support will be provided to Teachers who seek to improve their instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject matter and other aspects of teaching performance as described in the California Standards of the Teaching Profession for General Education/Special Education and Specialty Area Standards as relevant for Special Education. Support will also be provided to Service Providers, who seek to improve service delivery, case management and knowledge of the educational system and other aspects that fall within their scope of practice as outline in the California Standards of the Teaching Profession and California Standards and/or Standards of School Nursing Practice. 21.3.3.2 All communication between the Peer Coach and a Volunteer Participating Teacher/Service Provider shall be confidential and shall not be shared with others, including the Immediate Supervisor, the Evaluator or the PAC panel without the written consent of the Participant.

  • Death of Participant Any distribution or delivery to be made to Participant under this Award Agreement will, if Participant is then deceased, be made to Participant’s designated beneficiary, or if no beneficiary survives Participant, the administrator or executor of Participant’s estate. Any such transferee must furnish the Company with (a) written notice of his or her status as transferee, and (b) evidence satisfactory to the Company to establish the validity of the transfer and compliance with any laws or regulations pertaining to said transfer.
