Voluntary Participant. 21.3.3.1 This program shall provide support to Teachers/Service providers, permanent or probationary, that are not participating in an Induction Program. Support will be provided to Teachers who seek to improve their instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject matter and other aspects of teaching performance as described in the California Standards of the Teaching Profession for General Education/Special Education and Specialty Area Standards as relevant for Special Education. Support will also be provided to Service Providers, who seek to improve service delivery, case management and knowledge of the educational system and other aspects that fall within their scope of practice as outline in the California Standards of the Teaching Profession and California Standards and/or Standards of School Nursing Practice.
