Volunteers (NS – Non-Standard. The site specific practices, as at May 5, 2000, with respect to the use of volunteers shall continue at each site until such a time as all services and programs are consolidated at the Laurentian Site. The list of duties identified in Appendix A shall govern the type of work that will be performed by volunteers of the Sudbury Regional Hospital once all services are consolidated at the Laurentian site. This list may be amended with the agreement of both parties. Appendix A will be produced for the official copies of the collective agreement only and will be legally considered to be part of the collective agreement. However, copies of Appendix A will not be attached to the collective agreements that are widely distributed. If programs or services are temporarily transferred off the Laurentian site, all work associated with the program being transferred and normally performed by a paid CUPE staff will not be assigned to a volunteer. The total volunteer hours in any one-year for all sites shall not exceed 87,000. In the event the total paid hours for CUPE work is reduced from the current level of 1.2 M hours per year, or in the event of a permanent lay-off, the total volunteer hours (87,000) shall be reduced by the same percentage. The Hospital shall provide the Union with copies of new volunteer job descriptions as they become available. The Hospital and the Union shall meet and review the total paid CUPE hours and Volunteer hours on an annual basis no later than April 30th of each year.

  • Reformulation Standards A “reformulated” product (a) contains lead in concentrations that do not exceed 90 parts per million, equivalent to 0.009%, in any exterior parts analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) methodologies 3050B and 6010B, or (b) yields a result of no more than 1.0 micrograms of lead when sampled according to NIOSH 9100 protocol and analyzed according to EPA 6010B. In addition to the above tests, the Settling Entity may use equivalent methods utilized by any California or federal agency to determine lead content in a solid substance or the amount of the bioavailability of the toxicant through a wipe test, respectively.
