Common use of Voting Time Leave Clause in Contracts

Voting Time Leave. Any nurse who is eligible to vote in any statewide general election or at any election to fill a vacancy in the office of a representative in Congress or in the office of state senator or state representative, may absent himself/herself from work for the purpose of voting of such election day provided the nurse has made prior arrangements for such absence with his/her immediate supervisor.

Any nurse who is eligible to vote in any statewide general election or at 20 any election to fill a vacancy in the office of a representative in Congress or in the office of 21 state senator or state representative, may absent himself/herself from work for the purpose of 22 voting of such election day provided the nurse has made prior arrangements for such absence 23 with his/her immediate supervisor.

Voting Time Leave. Any nurse who is eligible to vote in any statewide general election or at any election to fill a vacancy in the office of a representative in Congress or in the office of state senator or state representativeCongress, may absent himself/herself from work for the purpose of voting during the forenoon of such election day provided the nurse has made prior arrangements for such absence with his/her immediate supervisor.
