VPN. Sales of VPN Services and the related equipment must comply with all U.S. Commerce Department regulations and U.S. State Department restrictions. Certain hardware encryption products may not be exported to certain countries or may be exported only with individual licenses. Software that contains DES data and/or encryption technology may not be exported outside the United States. Customer is solely responsible for determining compliance and obtaining all required approvals to facilitate the export of any VPN equipment to endpoints outside the United States except as expressly set forth in the Sales Order Form.

VPN. The Service has sufficient capacity to accommodate average non-commercial use. However, from time to time during periods of extraordinarily heavy usage of the Service, you may temporarily experience slower service or service unavailability. No such temporary slowdown or unavailability shall constitute a breach or default by NortonLifeLock of its obligations. NortonLifeLock reserves the right to temporarily suspend or limit your use of the Service if: (a) your usage level exceeds our average customer use level or otherwise negatively impacts the overall health of the network determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion, or (b) you exceed any bandwidth limitations associated with your account. No such suspension or limitation of the Service shall constitute a breach or default by NortonLifeLock of its obligations. NortonLifeLock does not condone or endorse any unlawful, illicit, criminal or fraudulent activities perpetrated by using the VPN Services. NortonLifeLock will not be liable in any way for actions of its users. We may suspend your account for clarification, investigation or request that you explain your actions and provide additional information. If your account has been suspended, you must contact us for further information. We may suspend your user account for a reasonable period of time before we terminate a user account permanently.
VPN. You will pay to Rogers for each VPN you requested to enable additional services (e.g. SMPP bind or RADIUS proxy). The pricing for any such VPN and for additional services will be set out in the Agreement. Any “last mile” connectivity charges are your sole responsibility.
VPN. Company agrees to comply with Authority Policies and Procedures with respect to VPN access to Authority networks, including by not limited to, Exhibit D, S270.06, as it may be amended from time to time.

If required for proper operation of the Customer Services, Callable and Customer will establish a VPN connection between the Customer Facilities and the Callable Web Services in compliance with the Requirements at the prices shown on the applicable Pricing Attachment. Customer will be responsible for its own costs with respect to the VPN as well as for the establishment of all appropriate security controls, including use of encryption domains and segregation of its networks, to limit access to its computer networks by Callable or any third parties through the VPN.
