VSP SPECIAL TEAMS Sample Clauses

The VSP Special Teams clause establishes the formation and operation of specialized groups within the VSP (Vendor Service Provider) organization to address specific project needs or challenges. These teams may be assembled to handle unique technical issues, urgent client requests, or to provide expertise in areas outside the scope of standard service agreements. By defining the structure and purpose of these special teams, the clause ensures that the vendor can respond flexibly and efficiently to evolving project requirements, thereby enhancing service delivery and problem resolution.
