WA Kids Sample Clauses

WA Kids. Teachers, participating in the Washington Kindergarten Inventory of Developing Skills (WaKids) will have the following conditions of employment:
WA Kids. WA Kids assessments will be done remotely. Both Parties acknowledge that some components of the WAKids assessment will be marked as Not Evaluated given the constraints of the remote modality. The standing WAKids MOUs will remain in effect.
WA Kids. Teachers with WA Kids responsibilities shall be allowed to timesheet up to seven (7) hours at thirty- five dollars ($35.00) per hour.
WA Kids. Schools participating in the Kindergarten Inventory of Developing Skills (WaKIDS) will have the following conditions of employment: A. Alternative work year – The first three (3) student days shall be used to hold conferences with parents/guardians and their child. B. Support – Kindergarten teachers shall be provided three (3) hours at their per diem rate and one (1) day of release time for the purpose of planning, scheduling conferences, collaboration, and inputting observational data or ten (10) hours at per diem.

Pending the outcome of the dispute, the PURCHASER shall be obliged to pay the outstanding amount to the Conveyancers who shall hold it in trust.

  • Footwear Where an employee is required by the College or by legislation, in order to perform his/her duties, to acquire and wear protective footwear, the employee shall provide the College with proof of purchase by March 1 each year and the College shall reimburse such employee, on the first pay day in April in each year, up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00). In situations other than the foregoing, the College may, in its discretion, (which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised) reimburse such expense where it is recommended by the health and safety committee constituted under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services. This plan covers dental care for members until the last day of the month in which they turn nineteen (19). This plan covers services only if they meet all of the following requirements: • listed as a covered dental care service in this section. The fact that a provider has prescribed or recommended a service, or that it is the only available treatment for an illness or injury does not mean it is a covered dental care service under this plan. • dentally necessary, consistent with our dental policies and related guidelines at the time the services are provided. • not listed in Exclusions section. • received while a member is enrolled in the plan. • consistent with applicable state or federal law. • services are provided by a network provider.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Anesthesia Services This plan covers general and local anesthesia services received from an anesthesiologist when the surgical procedure is a covered healthcare service. This plan covers office visits or office consultations with an anesthesiologist when provided prior to a scheduled covered surgical procedure.

  • Prosthodontics We Cover prosthodontic services as follows:
