Wage Scale Placement. 1. Employees in the job classifications listed in this Agreement will be placed on the scales set forth in this Agreement, based on “completed continuous years of service with the Hospital in the job classification” as set forth in subsection (2) below.

Wage Scale Placement. Employees hired prior to November 1, 2010 shall be placed on the wage scale in accordance with their actual full years of service as a regular school bus driver or assistant. Employees hired after such date shall be placed on the first step of the wage scale.
Wage Scale Placement. New employees covered under this Agreement will be given credit for years of relevant experience in comparable jobs as determined by the Employer. Employees moving from the MLT classification to the MT Intermediate classification by natural progression will be placed on the same years of experience step. Other than employees moving from MLT to MT Intermediate, employees moving from one classification to another will be given credit for years of relevant experience in comparable jobs as determined by the Employer and will be paid either the rate for that step in the higher classification or placed on a step that is at least three percent (3%) higher than the employee’s straight time rate of pay, whichever is higher. Employees promoting within the bargaining unit will have an adjusted step placement date, which corresponds with the date of the promotion.
Wage Scale Placement. Employees in the job classifications listed in this Appendix will be placed on the scales set forth in this Appendix, based on years of experience credited by the Hospital.

  • Step Placement A. Employees will be compensated on a salary range consisting of seven (7) steps. The salary percentage differential for the seven (7) steps is as follows:

  • Salary Schedule Placement 1. Credit hours for the purpose of placement on the salary schedule shall be defined as those semester hour credits earned for graduate courses that are within the teacher’s present certification or a planned program leading to additional areas of teacher certification, guidance or administration. Upon approval of the Superintendent, any other courses, graduate or undergraduate may be certified for proper placement on the salary schedule.

  • Initial Placement The issuance and sale by the Company of the Notes to the Initial Purchasers pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

  • Order Placement To place orders for the Trustee to create or redeem one or more Baskets, Authorized Participants must follow the procedures for creation and redemption referred to in Section 3 of this Agreement and the procedures described in Attachment A hereto (the “Procedures”), as each may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Private Placement Assuming the accuracy of the Purchasers’ representations and warranties set forth in Section 3.2, no registration under the Securities Act is required for the offer and sale of the Securities by the Company to the Purchasers as contemplated hereby. The issuance and sale of the Securities hereunder does not contravene the rules and regulations of the Trading Market.

  • PRACTICAL PLACEMENTS 8.1 If a Skills First Student is to undertake a Practical Placement, the Training Provider must enter into a written Practical Placement agreement.

  • Salary Placement Entry-level placement on the salary schedule shall be at the lowest step of the schedule for the classification or at the hourly rate established for the classification, unless the District authorizes hiring at a higher rate.

  • Initial Salary Placement Step Upon initial employment by the District, child Development Teachers and Family Services Leads shall be given up to 7 years of credit for prior experience in a full-time teaching position with a State or Federally funded program, where the number of days worked in any given school year were in excess of 135. Step 8 is the maximum entry level placement.

  • Scope and Order Placement These terms may be used by Customer either for a single Order or as a framework for multiple Orders. In addition, these terms may be used on a global basis by the parties’ “Affiliates”, meaning any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with a party. The parties can confirm their agreement to these terms either by signature where indicated at the end or by referencing these terms on Orders. Affiliates participate under these terms by placing orders which specify product or service delivery in the same country as the HP Affiliate accepting the Order, referencing these terms, and specifying any additional terms or amendments to reflect local law or business practices.

  • MERCURY ADDED CONSUMER PRODUCTS Contractor agrees that it will not sell or distribute fever thermometers containing mercury or any products containing elemental mercury for any purpose under this Contract.
