Wages and Salaries. (a) During the term of this agreement, the parties agree that the salaries and wages to be paid to each employee shall be in accordance with the hourly rate of pay for each job classification in Schedule 1, provided that the hours of work set out in Schedule 1 are to be used for information purposes only. 9.02 All employees shall, as a condition of their employment, participate in payroll direct deposit. Any employee who so requests shall have his/her pay stub mailed to his/her home address.
