WAGES AND SALARY VARIATIONS. In consideration of the undertakings containedin this Agreement the parties agree to the salaries payable to Employees in the classifications detailed in Schedule 1 “Rates of Pay” which provides for salaries to be adjusted by general increases of: • 1.5% p.a. or $1,500 p.a., whichever the greater for employees with a base salary less than or equal to $75,000 p.a.; or • 1.5% p.a. or $1,800 p.a., whichever the greater for employees with a base salary greater than $75,000 p.a. to commence on 1 July 2017, I July 2018 and 1 July 2019. 5.3.1 In consideration of the undertakings contained in this Agreement and an extension of the Agreement for a further 12 months, the parties agree to the salaries payable to Employees in the classifications detailed in Schedule 1 “Rates of Pay” which provides for salaries to be adjusted by a general increase of 1.2% per annum to commence on 1 July 2020, following approval by the Fair Work Commission. 5.3.2 Eligible Employees will progress to the next applicable increment step of their classification level in the SA Water Classification Structure at the completion of each 12 months of effective service.
