WAGES AND SALARY VARIATIONS. In consideration of the undertakings containedin this Agreement the parties agree to the salaries payable to Employees in the classifications detailed in Schedule 1Rates of Pay” which provides for salaries to be adjusted by general increases of: • 1.5% p.a. or $1,500 p.a., whichever the greater for employees with a base salary less than or equal to $75,000 p.a.; or • 1.5% p.a. or $1,800 p.a., whichever the greater for employees with a base salary greater than $75,000 p.a. to commence on 1 July 2017, I July 2018 and 1 July 2019. 5.3.1 In consideration of the undertakings contained in this Agreement and an extension of the Agreement for a further 12 months, the parties agree to the salaries payable to Employees in the classifications detailed in Schedule 1 “Rates of Pay” which provides for salaries to be adjusted by a general increase of 1.2% per annum to commence on 1 July 2020, following approval by the Fair Work Commission. 5.3.2 Eligible Employees will progress to the next applicable increment step of their classification level in the SA Water Classification Structure at the completion of each 12 months of effective service.

  • Wages and Salaries The wages and salaries for Unit employees have been negotiated in good faith between the Union and the District and shall be as set forth in Appendix A of this Agreement. The wages and salaries set forth in Appendix A are intended to, and do, meet any prevailing wage obligations which are or may be imposed upon the District.

  • SALARY STEP PLAN AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS Appointments to positions in the City and County service shall be at the entrance rate established for the position except as otherwise provided herein.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule.

  • Salary and Wages Except in the case of a Permitted Termination or Furlough, the Recipient shall not, between the date of this Agreement and March 31, 2021, reduce, without the Employee’s consent, (A) the pay rate of any Employee earning a Salary, or (B) the pay rate of any Employee earning Wages.

  • Performance and Salary Review Company will periodically review Executive’s performance on no less than an annual basis. Adjustments to salary or other compensation, if any, will be made by Company in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Accrued Salary and Vacation On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You will receive these payments regardless of whether or not you sign this Agreement.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V. (b) Salary schedules will contain Career Enhancement/Growth steps as described in Section 45.6.
