REST AND WASH-UP PERIODS. 25:01 The Company will schedule a ten (10) minute rest period in each half of each eight (8) hour shift and five (5) minute period before the start of any overtime assignment. 25:02 The Company will schedule a five (5) minute wash-up period at the end of each shift. In the case of overtime, this will be taken at the end of the overtime period.

REST AND WASH-UP PERIODS. ‌ 24.01 The Company will allow a period of five (5) minutes for the purpose of washing up, putting away tools prior to the end of the first half (½) and last half (½) of each shift. 24.02 There shall be one ten (10) minute rest period in the first half (½) of each shift and one ten (10) minute rest period in the second half (½) of each shift. The time the rest periods are to be taken is to be determined by management, but so that they will be approximately in the middle of each shift.
