Rubber BootsThe Region will supply rubber boots with safety liner to all employees required to wear same.
Rubber BootsThe Company will supply one (1) pair of rubber boots every 3 years to all Mill employees for the Contract term upon request.
Rubber Boots. Where permanent employees are required to work in wet conditions they shall be supplied with rubber boots, which shall remain the property of the employer.
Rubber Boots. Where they are necessary to prevent the feet of the employees from becoming wet, suitable waterproof boots shall be supplied to employees by the employer free of charge. When not in use, boots shall be stored by the employees as required by the employer.
Rubber Boots. Coveralls will be issued, upon replacement basis only as follows: Four pairs coveralls (non insulated) One pair insulated winter coveralls Janitors, only, may be issued work instead of coveralls. Similarly the Company will provide $100.00 towards the purchase of steel-toed safety footwear with proof of purchase of such boots and that the footwear be for use at Colonial Farms.

Rubber Boots. All employees who have completed their five hundred twenty (520) hour probationary period who require replacement rubber boots shall be provided by the Company to a maximum of $250.00 over a two (2) year period beginning January 1, 2016 – December 31, 2017 with proof of purchase of such boots and that the footwear be for use at Colonial Farms. Those employees who elect to purchase an alternative footwear to rubber boots, shall be granted an allowance toward the purchase of such alternative footwear, which is equivalent to the cost of rubber boots. Similarly the Company will provide $250.00 towards the purchase of steel-toed safety footwear with proof of purchase of such boots and that the footwear be for use at Colonial Farms. Each two (2) year period will follow sequentially.
Rubber BootsThe Region will supply rubber boots with safety liner to all employees required to wear same. The Region will supply hard hats to all employees required to wear same. The Region will supply on an "as required" basis for those employees required to work in rainy weather conditions. All employees required to wear glasses while working will wear safety glasses on the job. The Region will purchase the first pair of safety glasses, only. All future purchases resulting from in prescription must be at the employee's expense. Glasses broken on the job by accident, will be replaced by the Region. Safety goggles will be supplied by the Region while working on the following and they must be worn at all times during the course of work:

  • Moonlighting Employment as a physician in a professional capacity outside of what is outlined in this Agreement, whether temporary special medical activity (“TSMA”) or external moonlighting, must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Departmental Chair, Program Director and Director of Graduate Medical Education (or designee). Even if approved, professional and general liability insurance as outlined in Section 5.4 is not provided to Trainee engaged in external moonlighting. Trainee acknowledges he or she has the responsibility to obtain insurance for such engagement. TSMA and external moonlighting must be included and reported as part of Trainee's hours spent on clinical experience and education. Trainee shall not be required to engage in any outside work.

  • Safety Boots Each employee, after 3 months’ continuous service, will be reimbursed (on production of a receipt), the cost of one pair of safety boots (approved by the employer), in each year, to a maximum of $110.00. All protective clothing such as wet weather jackets, safety helmets, welding jackets, welding xxxxxxx, welding gauntlets, rubber boots, etc, (which remain the property of the Company), will be supplied on all occasions deemed necessary.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing PNG traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to PNG, the subtending arrangements between PNG Tandem Switches and PNG End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that PNG maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Smoke Detectors At Owner's expense, smoke detectors will be installed on the Property in working condition in accordance with the law prior to the tenant's occupancy. During the occupancy, it shall be the tenant's responsibility to maintain all smoke detectors. Owner will replace smoke detector equipment as needed.

  • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.2.1 Local circuit switching capability is defined as: (A) line-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between a loop termination at a main distribution frame and a switch line card; (B) trunk-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between trunk termination at a trunk-side cross-connect panel and a switch trunk card; (C) switching provided by remote switching modules; and (D) all features, functions, and capabilities of the switch, which include, but are not limited to: (1) the basic switching function of connecting lines to lines, line to trunks, trunks to lines, and trunks to trunks, as well as the same basic capabilities made available to BellSouth’s customers, such as a telephone number, white page listings, and dial tone; and (2) all other features that the switch is capable of providing, including but not limited to customer calling, customer local area signaling service features, and Centrex, as well as any technically feasible customized routing functions provided by the switch. Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process. 4.2.2 Notwithstanding BellSouth’s general duty to unbundle local circuit switching, BellSouth shall not be required to unbundle local circuit switching for Louisville Telephone when Louisville Telephone serves an end-user with four (4) or more voice-grade (DS-0) equivalents or lines served by BellSouth in one of the following MSAs: Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Orlando, FL; Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill, NC; Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point, NC; Nashville, TN; and New Orleans, LA, and BellSouth has provided non- discriminatory cost based access to the Enhanced Extended Link (EEL) throughout Density Zone 1 as determined by NECA Tariff No. 4 as in effect on January 1, 1999. 4.2.3 In the event that Louisville Telephone orders local circuit switching for an end user with four (4) or more DS0 equivalent lines within Density Zone 1 in an MSA listed above, BellSouth shall charge Louisville Telephone the market based rates in Exhibit B for use of the local circuit switching functionality for the affected facilities.

  • ADJACENT EXCAVATION-SHORING If an excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to the demised premises, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter upon the demised premises for the purpose of doing such work as said person shall deem necessary to preserve the wall or the building of which demised premises form a part from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations without any claim for damages or indemnity against Owner, or diminution or abatement of rent.
