Law 16-118, D.C. Official Code §2-220.01 et seq.) (“Living Wage Act of 2006”), for contracts for services in the amount of $100,000 or more in a 12-month period.

WAY TO WORK AMENDMENT ACT OF 2006. Supplier is required to abide by all requirements of Title I of the Way to Work Amendment Act of 2006, effective June 8, 2006 (D.C. Law 16-118, D.C. Official Code §2-220.01 et seq.) (“Living Wage Act of 2006”), for contracts for services in the amount of $100,000 or more in a 12-month period. Supplier will provide all employees selected for engagement with a copy of the Fact Sheet (click here to access Fact Sheet) and shall post the Notice (click here to access Living Wage Notice) in a conspicuous place in its place of business.

  • Amendment of PHI Business Associate shall make any amendments to PHI in a Designated Record Set that Covered Entity directs or agrees to pursuant to 45 CFR § 164.526, whether at the request of Covered Entity or an Individual. Business Associate shall make such amendments in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for amendment to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.

  • Amendment of Agreement This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement of the Adviser and the Sub-Adviser and only in accordance with the provisions of the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Modification and Amendment This Contract may be modified only by a written amendment executed by all parties hereto and approved by the appropriate officials.

  • Amendment and Modification; Waiver This Agreement may only be amended, modified or supplemented by an agreement in writing signed by each party hereto. No waiver by any party of any of the provisions hereof shall be effective unless explicitly set forth in writing and signed by the party so waiving. No waiver by any party shall operate or be construed as a waiver in respect of any failure, breach or default not expressly identified by such written waiver, whether of a similar or different character, and whether occurring before or after that waiver. No failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, remedy, power or privilege arising from this Agreement shall operate or be construed as a waiver thereof; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power or privilege hereunder preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power or privilege.
