Web Based Training. Web enabled training classes are available to existing OnBase customers. There are no costs for these Web based training classes. Premium Subscription is an annual subscription for valid OnBase organizations that provides 24/7 access to the Premium Subscription Courses and content. The Subscription is applied to the entire organization and will grant access to anyone in the organization with a valid Xxxxxx.xxx/Xxxxxxxxx login.

Web Based Training. (a) The Courses. Each Web-based training course (each, a “WBT Course”) must be started within twelve (12) months of the date it is purchased and completed within fourteen (14) days after it has been started. If the WBT Course is not started within twelve (12) months of the date it is purchased or is not completed within fourteen (14) days after it has been started, the right to take or complete the WBT Course will expire without right of refund. Each WBT Course may only be taken by one person.

Web Based Training. Contractor certified trainers shall lead web-based training that allows County users to view the system via a Web-EX meeting and interact with the trainers and other participants on a toll-free conference bridge. Contractor web-based training shall be tailored to the needs of a group of County Employees and can include groups of various sizes as needed.
Web Based Training. The Company will pay Journeyman, Service Writers, Parts Persons and Apprentices flat rate at the appropriate wage rate for each eligible course completed based on the posted estimate of the time required to complete each course. The Company will post a list of Employees and eligible courses for each Employee and a general list of courses which any Journeyman and Apprentices may take and be compensated for. Other courses will only be compensated if the course is authorized by the Employer. Journeyman and Apprentices are required to complete a minimum of six (6) courses per year but there is no maximum number of courses that may be taken per year. Payment for courses done outside of regular working hours will not count towards the guarantee when after-hours study is authorized by the Company.

  • Required Training For training that is required by the Agency, manager or supervisor, the Agency shall reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of all related necessary and legitimate expenses, including but not limited to tuition, books, travel expenses, travel time, and attendance time. When practical, the Agency will attempt to adjust the employee’s hours if the approved training activity is scheduled during the employee’s normal work hours.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.

  • Job Training ‌ The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes: (1) for planning training programs for those employees affected by technological change; (2) for planning training programs to enable employees to qualify for new positions being planned through future expansion or renovation; (3) for planning training programs for those employees affected by new methods of operation; (4) for planning training programs in the area of general skill upgrading. Whenever necessary, this Committee shall seek the assistance of external training resources such as the Federal Human Resources Development Canada and Provincial Ministry of Labour, or other recognized training institutions.

  • SPECIALIZED SERVICE REQUIREMENTS In the event that the Participating Entity requires service or specialized performance requirements not addressed in this Contract (such as e- commerce specifications, specialized delivery requirements, or other specifications and requirements), the Participating Entity and the Supplier may enter into a separate, standalone agreement, apart from this Contract. Sourcewell, including its agents and employees, will not be made a party to a claim for breach of such agreement.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.
