Weekday Overtime. Weekday overtime will normally be offered in blocks of up to four (4) hours so that whenever possible, Team Members shall not be required to work more than twelve (12) consecutive hours. Where eight (8) hours of overtime is required, this will be accomplished by utilizing a combination of pre and post shift overtime, offered to Team Members who are scheduled to work the shifts preceding and succeeding the eight (8) hour period in which the overtime is required. Whenever possible, the overtime will be offered so as to eliminate the need for Team Members to work split shifts, so that the first priority for overtime shall be to the group of Team Members for whom the overtime will represent work continuous with their regularly scheduled shift.
