Weekly Contact Hours Sample Clauses
The Weekly Contact Hours clause defines the specific number of hours per week that a party, such as an employee or contractor, is expected to be available or actively engaged in work-related activities. This clause typically outlines the minimum or maximum hours required, and may specify whether these hours must be consecutive, distributed across certain days, or include both in-person and remote work. Its core practical function is to set clear expectations regarding time commitments, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring both parties are aligned on workload and availability.
