Welfare Fund Contributions. Effective May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2016, the Employer shall contribute to the Welfare Fund the sum of Five Dollars and Twelve Cents ($5.12) per hour per employee for all hours paid.

Welfare Fund Contributions. For the term of this MOA, the City’s contribution to the annuity fund will remain $708 per employee, per annum. The increases in Annuity Fund contributions as described in Article III, Section D.4. (“Annuity Fund”) Subsection e., of the 2003-2010 Supervisors’ Agreement, shall be remitted into the CSA Active Welfare Fund, instead of the Annuity Fund, as follows:
Welfare Fund Contributions a. The Employer shall continue to contribute the pro-rata amount of $1,720 ($1,745 effective July 1, 2014, $1,770 effective July 1, 2015, $1,795 effective July 1, 2016, $1,820 effective July 1, 2017) per annum for each full-time Employee covered by this Agreement or for any former Board of Education Employee separated from service who was receiving benefits on that date for supplemental welfare benefits payments. Current payments will be made pursuant to the terms of a supplemental agreement reached by the parties subject to the approval of the Corporation Counsel.
