Accidental Damage from Handling. (ADH) Coverage - If purchased, ADH coverage augments Your Service Agreement by providing protection against sudden and unforeseen accidental damage from handling to Your Product, provided such damage was in the course of regular and normal use of the Product by You, subject to the exclusions below. In the event of a covered claim, We will furnish or pay for labor and/or parts required to repair Your Product less a $25.00 deductible. Non-original manufacturer’s parts of like kind and quality may be used if the original manufacturer’s parts are unavailable. In lieu of repairing the Product, We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to reimburse You or to replace Your Product with a product of equal or similar features and functionalities.

Accidental Damage from Handling. (a) Accidental stains to fabric, vinyl or leather furniture (except nubuck, suede and buffed leather) and umbrellas as a result of normal spills from food and beverages, pet biological stains, ball point pen ink, and nail polish. Stains caused by any other substance or means are not covered;
Accidental Damage from Handling. The Covered Product is protected against Accidental Damage from Handling such as sudden breaks while riding. ADH only covers sudden events and does not include protection against theft, mysterious disappearance, misplacement, reckless, abusive, willful or intentional conduct associated with handling and use of the Covered Product, cosmetic damage and/or other damage that does not affect the Covered Product’s functionality, damage caused during transport (like falling off a bicycle rack while driving), shipment between You and Our service providers, and any other limitations listed in Section E (WHAT IS NOT COVERED) of this Agreement. Any resultant damage from this type of treatment is NOT covered by this Agreement. The use of this coverage may require an explanation of where and when the Accidental Damage from Handling occurred as well as a detailed description of the actual event. Failure to provide this information may result in claim denial.

Accidental Damage from Handling. ADH covers operational or mechanical failure from handling and does not include protection against normal wear and tear, fire, theft, consumables, intentional acts of damage associated with handling and use of the product and cosmetic damage and/or other damage that does not affect the unit functionality, or exclusions as detailed in “SERVICE LIMITATION” section below. Hardware Service HP will determine the hardware service offering based upon the outcome of system self-test programs run by the customer through the initial call to the HP Call Center. HP has the option, depending on the hardware failure, 1) to supply customer-replaceable parts, 2) have the customer return the product to HP for repair, or 3) provide in-home repair or replacement of the product. If in-home assistance is required, an HP Authorized Representative will be dispatched within three (3) business days to customer’s home with a pre-scheduled appointment within a 3 – 4 hour window. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the unit is easily accessible to the HP repair technicians for on-site service. The customer is responsible for removing the unit from any wall mount or other installation, placing in a location appropriate for repair, and re-installing the unit if the unit is: (i) mounted over four feet high on a wall or ceiling; or (ii) installed in an enclosed cabinet or set into a wall or ceiling; (iii) mounted on a wall mount which is either defective, inoperable, or requires tools or methods other than those customarily used with wall mounts of the type which HP markets to its customers. Customer is also responsible for removing any other furniture or objects which impede access to the unit and/or location to repair the unit. Units which do not require customer installation and de-installation shall be de-installed and re-installed by HP in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications for the wall mount which shall be provided by the customer. Service Limitations The service may be performed at an HP designated repair facility by an HP service professional or other authorized representative. At HP’s discretion, service will be provided using remote diagnosis and support or other service delivery methods, or a combination of remote diagnosis and support and service delivered at the HP designated Repair Center. Other service delivery methods may include the shipment of parts specified as customer replaceable like e.g. floppy drive or ac adapter. HP will determine the app...
