Where a Part. Time employee has worked the basic hours per week in a given week, payment for overtime worked:
(a) in excess of two hours in one week, or
(b) on a Sunday without 48 hours' notice, shall be at the employee's hourly rate multiplied by two times the hours worked.
Where a Part. Time Employee is the successful applicant into an ongoing full-time position an adjustment will be made to his or her hire date crediting all straight time hours worked.
Where a Part. Time employee is required to work on a paid holiday which is included in his weekly schedule, he shall be paid 10% of his earnings, excluding overtime and differential payments, for the pay period immediately preceding the holiday, not to exceed one-fifth of the employee's basic rate of pay. In addition, he shall be paid in accordance with subsection 20.11 (a) or 20.11 (b).
Where a Part time employee is employed outside (wholly or partly) the ordinary spread of hours applicable to similar full-time employees, the actual hours worked shall be recognised at ordinary rate of pay for the purpose of all leave and superannuation entitlements.
