Where an Employee is absent from Sample Clauses

Where an Employee is absent from work on an approved leave of absence for a period exceeding ninety (90) con- secutive days, vacation credit accumulation will cease between the ninety first (91) day to the date when the Em- ployee returns to work. Employees who are off work on STD, LTD, Maternity/Paternity Leave or WCB will continue vacation credit accumulation for up to one year only.
