Winter Parkas. The Hospital agrees to provide three (3) parkas for the use of employees. Two (2) parkas will be kept the Maintenance Department and one (1) P Y ERRORS Where an error is made in the amount of pay appearing on the employee's pay cheque, and the employee requests a correction, such correction will be made by the end of the following office work day or the next pay day as requested by the employee.

Winter Parkas. Effective October 1, 2022, and for the duration of the CBA the Company shall pay the full cost of providing one Winter Parka to each of the Lab Tech employees.
Winter Parkas. The Hospital agrees to provide three (3) parkas for the use of employees. Two (2) parkas will be kept in the Maintenance Department and one (1) in Article S Cheque Payroll will be forwarded to the home departments for the employees on the Wednesday afternoon of the pay week. Where an error is made in the amount of pay appearing on the employee’s pay cheque, the employee is to immediately notify the Department Manager and request at correction. Any error in the calculation of the payroll shall be paid by a separate cheque within one (1) business day provided that the error in payroll calculations is equivalent to or in excess of a four (4) hour shift, and that the Payroll Clerk is notified no later than hours on the Friday of the pay week. Otherwise, corrections will be processed on the following pay. Article T Notification to the Hospital It shall be the duty of the employee to notify the Hospital promptly of any change in address and telephone number where applicable. If an employee fails to do this, the Hospital will not be responsible for failure of a notice sent by registered mail to reach such an employee. For the purposes of the direct deposit pay system, it is the duty of the employee to notify the Hospital immediately of any change with respect to banking information. The Hospital will not be responsible for any delays in payment if the employee does not comply with this requirement. Article U U-1 The Hospital shall reimburse an employee for reasonable damages to and job related personal property occurring as a result of patient or visitor physical abuse, provided that the appropriate incident reports are completed and verified.
Winter Parkas. The Company shall supply each Lab employee one (1) winter parka for each individual required to work outside, and will replace these winter parkas as needed, on return to the Company of the winter parka being replaced.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for:

  • Vehicle Parking Lessee shall be entitled to use the number of Unreserved Parking Spaces and Reserved Parking Spaces specified in Paragraph 1.2(b) on those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time by Lessor for parking. Lessee shall not use more parking spaces than said number. Said parking spaces shall be used for parking by vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks, herein called "Permitted Size Vehicles." Vehicles other than Permitted Size Vehicles shall be parked and loaded or unloaded as directed by Lessor in the Rules and Regulations (as defined in Paragraph 40) issued by Lessor.   • Parking Throughout the Lease Term, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use, free of charges, the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary, which parking spaces constitute the entirety of the parking under the Building and the adjacent surface parking, being all of the parking in the Project. Tenant shall comply with the Parking Rules and Regulations which are in effect on the date hereof, as set forth in the attached Exhibit D and all reasonable modifications and additions thereto which are prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the Parking Areas by Landlord, and/or Landlord’s Parking Operator (as defined below); provided that such modifications or alterations do not effect Tenant’s use of or access to the Parking Areas. Landlord specifically reserve the right to change the size, configuration, design, layout, of the Parking Areas, and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, temporarily close-off or restrict access to the Parking Areas, so long as Tenant retains access to the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary. Landlord may delegate its responsibilities hereunder to a parking operator (the “Parking Operator”) in which case the Parking Operator shall have all the rights of control attributed hereby to Landlord. Any parking tax or other charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with the use of such parking shall be paid directly by Tenant or the parking users, or, if directly imposed against Landlord, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all such taxes and/or charges within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s demand therefor. The parking rights provided to Tenant pursuant to this Article 23 are provided solely for use by Tenant’s own personnel visitors and invitees and such rights may not be transferred, assigned, subleased or otherwise alienated by Tenant without Landlord’s prior approval, except in connection with an assignment of this Lease or sublease of the Premises made in accordance with Article 14 above.
