Common use of Witness Fees Clause in Contracts

Witness Fees. 33.01 Employees required to appear in Court as a witness on behalf of the Employer will be paid wages amounting to the difference between the amount paid to them for witness fees and the amount they would have earned had they worked on such days to a maximum of eight (8) hours per day and thirty-seven (37) hours per week.
