Work Day/Part-time Employees. Part-time employees shall not be scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) day, with the exception of lunch educational assistants, who shall not be scheduled to work for less than one (1) hour in any one (1) day.

Work Day/Part-time Employees. Part-time employees are those who work on a regular and re- occurring schedule of less than thirty-five hours per week. Employees in any one work location shall work their daily hours consecutively and not worked in split shifts. The Employer agrees to give an employee a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice of a permanent change to an employee’s work schedule.

  • Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee is an employee who is engaged to work less than an average of 38 ordinary hours per week and whose hours of work are reasonably predictable.
