Work Outside of Craft a) The Employer is entitled to assign an Employee to perform work normally performed by another craft on a temporary and "emergency" basis. b) Wherever feasible the Employer is entitled to develop a composite crew for the performance of a particular job or contract, in which even traditional craft jurisdictional boundaries will be waived by all Unions signatory to this (or similar) Agreement for the period the composite crew is in effect. The composite crew shall consist of the required crafts in such proportions as are respective to work, to be performed. The composite crew will be arranged at a pre-job conference. A mutually agreed method will be developed to resolve any issue over the composition of the composite crew.

Work Outside of Craft a) An Employee temporarily assigned work of another craft will be paid the rate the classification calls for while performing such work, provided the Employee works at least two (2) hours per shift in that classification. The Employer is entitled to assign an Employee to perform work normally performed by another craft on a temporary, "emergency" basis. b) Wherever feasible the Employer is entitled to develop a composite crew for the performance of a particular job or contract, in which even traditional craft jurisdictional boundaries will be waived by all unions signatory to this (or similar) Agreement for the period the composite crew is in effect. The number of craft chosen from each union shall be in approximate proportion to the work to be performed. The composite crew will be arranged at a pre-job conference. A mutually agreed method will be developed to resolve any issue over the composition of the composite crew. 13.1(a) above shall not apply to composite crews.
Work Outside of Craft. When in an emergency, where life or property are endangered, an Employee is temporarily required to perform work of another craft, the Employee shall be paid the higher rate that either classification or craft calls for while required to perform such emergency work. Work extending over a period of not in excess of four (4) hours shall be paid for on the basis of one-half (1/2) shift; any work in excess of four (4) hours shall be paid for on the basis of a full shift.

  • Other Than Normal Working Hours Non-prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, and any time Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. The Contractor will perform Tasks during Other Than Normal Working Hours for the Unit Price set forth in the CTC multiplied by the Adjustment Factor of: 1.

  • Technology Access Fee After the Effective Date, within [***] days after receipt of the corresponding invoice from Mersana, Merck will pay to Mersana, a one-time, non-refundable, non-creditable, upfront fee of Twelve Million Dollars ($12,000,000.00) (the “Technology Access Fee”).   • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

  • Union Activity During Working Hours Solicitation of Union membership or collection or checking of dues will not be conducted during working time.   • Permitted and Prohibited Uses 1.1. The Data may only be used for linguistic education and research, including but not limited to information retrieval, document understanding, machine translation or speech recognition. 1.2. User shall not publish, retransmit, display, redistribute, reproduce or commercially exploit the Data in any form, except that User may include limited excerpts from the Data in articles, reports and other documents describing the results of User’s linguistic education and research.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • WORK CLOTHING Two sets of cotton drill protective clothing will be issued to all employees, upon request, within two weeks of commencing work with the Company. Employees will be made aware of these entitlements at the time of employment. A set of clothing will consist of either: • Two pairs of overalls; or • Two combination bib and brace; or • Two pairs of long trousers and two long sleeved shirt; or • Work denims at cost no greater than the above three choices • Clothing and footwear will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis.

  • Work Shifts Employees shall be scheduled to work on regular work shifts having regular starting and quitting times. Except for emergencies (see Section D), employees' work schedules shall not be changed without written notice to the employee at least five (5) working days prior to the date the change is to be effective. Irregular work schedules shall not be changed without written notice to the employee at least ten

  • General Scope of Work The Scope of Work and projected level of effort required for these SERVICES is described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this AGREEMENT. The General Scope of Work was developed utilizing performance based contracting methodologies.
