WorkCover Make-up Pay. The circumstances under which an employee will qualify for accident pay will be as prescribed below:

WorkCover Make-up Pay. The Company agrees to WorkCover make up pay which allows for full make up pay for 100% of ordinary earnings, for a period of 52 weeks in respect of any one injury (excluding shift penalties, overtime, non all purpose allowances).
WorkCover Make-up Pay. Where an employee sustains a work related injury and submits a claim together with a medical certificate, and the claim is accepted, payment of make-up pay for workers compensation shall be made on the following normal payday by the Company. Make-up pay in conjunction with Worker’s Compensation payments as per the legislative requirements is paid for a maximum period of 52 weeks in total. Until such time as the claim is accepted and there is Work Cover medical certificate covering the period of absence, sick leave will be paid for the period of that absence up to the employee’s entitlement. Also the terms of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998(Accident Pay, Victoria) shall apply except as provided in this clause

WorkCover Make-up Pay. The Company agrees to Work Cover make Up Pay which allows for full make up pay for 100% of ordinary earnings, for a period of 52 weeks in respect of any one injury (excluding shift penalties, overtime, non all purpose allowances). Where state workers compensation provides a higher benefit than that provided for by this agreement, state legislation shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

  • ACCIDENT MAKE-UP PAY The enterprise shall pay accident pay as defined in the Award, during the incapacity of their employee/s arising from any one injury, for a total of fifty-two (52) weeks – irrespective of whether such incapacity is in one continuous period or not.

  • Distribution Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.

  • Education Leave Without Pay I. The Employer recognizes the usefulness of education leave. Upon written application by the employee and with the approval of the Employer, an employee may be granted education leave without pay for varying periods of up to one (1) year, which can be renewed by mutual agreement, to attend a recognized institution for studies in some field of education in which preparation is needed to fill the employee’s present role more adequately or to undertake studies in some field in order to provide a service which the Employer requires or is planning to provide.

  • COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2020-21, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2022-23 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2022, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments.

  • Sponsorship Benefits 3.1 INREV agrees to grant the Sponsor the above chosen and described sponsorship benefits.
