Worked Hours Holiday Pay. ‌ Employees required to work a designated major holiday (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day) will be accorded premium pay at one and one-half (1 1/2) times their regular hourly rate for all hours worked in addition to their regular holiday pay. Employees who are eligible for holiday pay and who are required to work on a minor holiday will be paid straight-time rate of pay for hours worked on the holiday in addition to holiday pay.
