Worker Wage Rate Sample Clauses

Worker Wage Rate. The actual hourly wage of Construction Manager-at-risk’s non-salaried personnel assigned to the Project for which Construction Manager-at-risk may charge to the Project as Cost of the Work (except for General Conditions Work to the extent those costs are reimbursable on the basis of fixed costs) in Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase. The Worker Wage Rate is not a billing rate; it is the actual cost to Construction Manager-at-risk of wages (not including benefits or other employer contributions – see Allowable Employer Contributions) directly paid to its respective employees for their service. The Worker Wage Rate for each non- salaried Construction Manager-at-risk employee must be approved in writing by ASU in advance of any Application for Payment seeking reimbursement for that employee’s services or as part of the amendment approving the Guaranteed Maximum Price Cost-Plus GMP Proposal. ASU’s approval of a Worker Wage Rate does not constitute ASU’s stipulation that the rate is accurate or appropriate and/or that the employee is appropriately billing to the Project; any payments made for Construction Manager-at-risk’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual costs of the wages incurred by Construction Manager-at-risk for services performed for the Project.
