Working hours schedule. 2.1.1 Standard or non-standard provisions ▪ The standard provisions for working hours and the work schedule (hereinafter referred to as the ‘standard provisions’) apply to all employees. The standard provisions assume an average number of working hours per day and per week. See clause 2.2. ▪ The non-standard provisions for working hours and the work schedule (hereinafter referred to as the ‘non-standard provisions’) allow for deviation from the thresholds in the standard provisions in certain areas. In the company, the employee and employer can agree arrangements in this regard. See clauses 2.2 and 2.3.
